You can return any item within 30 days.  We will fully refund the price paid for the products once we receive them back.  We are not reimbursing the original shipping fees, nor the fees to ship the items back.

Almost all problems encountered with our products can be solved by tuning the drum module to the right settings, or by replacing a defective electronic kit in the unfortunate event that would happen.

We will ship the electronic replacement kit with instructions for self repair on warranty free of any charge.

Please contact us before returning any item as almost all problems can be fixed.
